Role Overview

You'll be a key technical resource across Lluminate's product portfolio—maintaining and improving our existing platforms, responding to bug reports and feature requests, and ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality software. Working closely with the founder and Product Growth Manager, you'll help keep our systems running smoothly while contributing to new product development as Lluminate grows.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Support

• Triage and resolve bug reports across all platforms, working with the Product Growth Manager to prioritise issues.
• Monitor application health and respond to incidents.
• Maintain and improve test coverage to catch issues before they reach production.
• Keep dependencies updated and address security patches promptly.

Feature Development

• Implement feature requests from clients, prioritised through the Product Growth Manager.
• Build and refine modules within the Inlist package system (inlist-core, inlist-forms, inlist-pages).
• Contribute to the roadmap by flagging technical opportunities and constraints.
